1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "777xf" / "the Company" / "We" / "Us": Refers to the operator of the 777xf platform accessible at 777xf.org, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your": Any individual who registers an account on the 777xf platform or uses any service provided therein.
• "Platform": The 777xf website, all associated pages, sub-domains, applications, and digital interfaces through which gaming and betting services are delivered.
• "Account": The personal, non-transferable account registered by a Player on the 777xf Platform.
• "Wallet" / "Balance": The PKR-denominated balance held within a Player's 777xf Account, comprising deposited funds, winnings, and any applicable bonus credits.
• "Bonus Credits": Non-cashable promotional credits awarded under specific terms that must be satisfied prior to any withdrawal being eligible.
• "KYC": Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process conducted by 777xf in accordance with its obligations under its international gaming licence.
• "PST": Pakistan Standard Time (UTC+5), the time zone applicable to all scheduled events, support availability, and transaction processing references in these Terms.
• "Wagering Requirement": A specified multiplier applied to a bonus amount, representing the total value of eligible bets that must be placed before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Eligibility & Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

777xf operates exclusively for adults. You must be a minimum of 21 years of age to register an account or use any service provided by 777xf. This age restriction is strictly enforced in accordance with international responsible gaming standards. By registering, you warrant and represent that you meet this age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

The 777xf platform is accessible to players located in jurisdictions where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under local law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing 777xf is lawful in your jurisdiction of residence. 777xf does not make representations regarding the legality of its services in any particular jurisdiction. If you access the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is unlawful, you do so at your own risk, and 777xf accepts no liability in this regard.

2.3 Registration Requirements

To register an account with 777xf, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, and a valid contact number. You agree to maintain and promptly update your registration information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

• Each individual may register only one (1) account on the 777xf Platform.
• Account registration is personal and non-transferable.
• You must not register on behalf of, or allow usage of your account by, any third party.
• Household members sharing a single residential address may each hold an individual account, subject to verification that each account belongs to a distinct individual.

2.4 KYC Verification

777xf reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of account registration or operation. The primary identity document accepted from players in Pakistan is the CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card). Additional supporting documents, including proof of address and payment method ownership, may be required. Account functionality — including withdrawals — will be restricted until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

3 Account Obligations

3.1 Credential Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 777xf account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while logged in will be deemed to have been conducted by you, and you will be solely responsible for such activity.

3.2 Reporting Unauthorised Access

In the event that you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your 777xf account, you must notify 777xf Customer Support immediately by contacting support@777xf.org. 777xf will take commercially reasonable steps to investigate such reports and, where appropriate, suspend account access pending investigation.

3.3 Accurate Information

You warrant that all information provided to 777xf in connection with your account is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information, particularly in relation to age, identity, or payment method ownership, constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account termination and possible reporting to relevant authorities.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

777xf accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits per transaction and per day may be applied and are displayed within the Cashier section of your 777xf account.

4.2 Deposit Processing

JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 777xf wallet within seconds of confirmed payment. Bank transfer deposits are subject to standard interbank processing times and are typically credited same-day when initiated before 3:00pm PST on banking business days. 777xf is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

4.3 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible to withdraw funds from your 777xf account, you must:

1. Have a verified account with completed KYC documentation on file;
2. Have a minimum withdrawable balance of Rs 1,000;
3. Have satisfied all applicable wagering requirements associated with any bonus credits previously applied to your account;
4. Not be subject to any active account restriction, suspension, or investigation.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified account holders are processed within one (1) business hour during PST business hours (9:00am to 6:00pm PST, Monday to Saturday). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available business hour. Funds are returned exclusively to the payment method used for the original deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations.

4.5 Currency

All 777xf accounts are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals made using Pakistani Rupees. Any deposit made in a foreign currency will be converted to PKR at the prevailing rate at the time of processing, and the applicable exchange rate and any associated fees will be displayed prior to confirmation.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

From time to time, 777xf may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, reload bonuses, and other promotional incentives to its players. All such promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual offer, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between individual promotion terms and these general Terms, the individual promotion terms shall prevail in relation to the specific promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the relevant promotion terms, all bonus credits awarded at 777xf are subject to a wagering requirement before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., "30x the bonus" means you must wager thirty times the bonus amount in eligible games before requesting a withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings).

5.3 Bonus Abuse

777xf prohibits any strategy or behaviour designed to exploit or abuse its promotional offers. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, making bets exclusively on outcomes with negligible risk in order to satisfy wagering requirements with minimal exposure (bonus baiting), and collusion between players to transfer bonus-funded winnings. Detection of bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus credits and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Game Integrity

All RNG (Random Number Generator) based games available on the 777xf Platform are certified by independent testing agencies to ensure fairness and randomness. Certification records are available upon request. Live casino games are conducted by professional dealers under the supervision of 777xf's gaming operations team and are subject to continuous quality monitoring.

6.2 Bet Acceptance

777xf reserves the right to refuse, void, or limit any bet at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that market integrity has been compromised, where system errors have occurred, or where a bet has been placed in breach of these Terms. In the event that a bet is voided after settlement, the stake will be returned to the Player's account balance. Winnings derived from voided bets will not be paid.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifest pricing error, 777xf reserves the right to void affected bets and gaming rounds. Bets placed on erroneous odds or game states caused by a system malfunction will not be honoured. Stakes placed on voided rounds will be returned in full. 777xf will not be liable for any consequential or indirect losses arising from technical errors.

6.4 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets at 777xf — including PSL, ICC tournaments, and bilateral series — are governed by the specific sports betting rules published in the Sports Betting Rules section of the 777xf Platform. In the event of match abandonment, postponement, or cancellation, bets will be settled in accordance with the applicable sport-specific rules for the event type concerned.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xf Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person to circumvent the single-account rule;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other mechanical means to interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes, or any other form of fraud;
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to process proceeds of criminal activity;
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or vulnerabilities in the Platform;
• Making chargebacks on deposits after using those funds to place bets;
• Providing false or misleading information to 777xf support or compliance teams;
• Allowing any individual under the age of 21 to access or use your 777xf account.

8 Responsible Gaming

777xf is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all 777xf account holders at no cost, accessible at any time via account settings without the need to contact Customer Support:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits can be set or reduced immediately; increases take effect after a mandatory 48-hour review period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable notifications that alert you when you have been active on the Platform for a specified duration.
• Cooling-Off Period: A temporary account suspension of 24 hours to 30 days, activated immediately upon request.
• Self-Exclusion: A longer-term account suspension of 3 months to permanent, which cannot be reversed during the exclusion period under any circumstances.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net win/loss position.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777xf Platform — including but not limited to software, game code, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, service marks, interface design, and audiovisual elements — is owned by or licensed to 777xf and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 777xf Platform without the prior written consent of 777xf. Any unauthorised use of 777xf's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777xf, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising from your use of or inability to use the 777xf Platform.

777xf's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 777xf account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

777xf does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk. 777xf is not responsible for any damage to your device, loss of data, or other harm resulting from your access to or use of the Platform.

11 Amendments to These Terms

777xf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notification displayed upon login to the 777xf Platform, or by email to the address associated with your account, at least seven (7) days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the 777xf Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the change.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xf holds its international gaming licence. In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the 777xf Platform, the parties shall first seek to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of notice being given, either party may refer the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the relevant arbitration institution in the licensing jurisdiction. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 777xf from seeking urgent injunctive relief from a competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing harm.
